Pro Switching System Plus Controller Cards


Cards for switching the system via SNMP, an RS-232 link, or manually.


  • One controller card is required for each 18-slot Pro Switching System Plus.
  • Switch any port from the front panel, or gang switch the entire system.
  • Use SM962A to control via SNMP or an RS-232 connection.
  • Use SM963A: to control via an RS-232 connection
  • Use SM964A to control via a toggle switch, DIP switches, and a momentary push-button switch.

The Controller Card is the key to the Pro Switching System Plus. One is required for each 18-slot chassis, and it takes up two card slots. The Controller Card enables you to individually switch any port from the front panel, or gang switch the entire system. With the intelligent card (SM962A), you can also switch using SNMP or an RS-232 connection.
